The minimum applies when 10% falls below it. There is no minimum contract. Your ad budget is paid to the platforms, not to DIFOUMA.
01
Paid social
Platforms: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
Paid social gets hard to manage when account structure, audience strategy, creative testing and conversion measurement are treated as four separate problems. They belong in one system.
What is included
Account and conversion-tracking audit
Campaign and ad-set structure, prospecting through retargeting
Audience, placement and budget pacing decisions
Creative testing plan — angles first, executions second
Creative direction, briefs and copy recommendations
Weekly optimisation and reporting against an agreed business outcome
Incrementality or geo holdout planning where the data supports it
Not included
No daily social content, no community management, no standing design team, no regular photo or video shoots.
Creative direction, briefs and test variations sit inside the media strategy. Production runs through your own team or a separately appointed production partner.
Platforms: Google Ads, Merchant Center, Microsoft Advertising
Search performance is usually held back by one of four things: weak query control, brand and non-brand traffic mixed together, incomplete conversion tracking, or a product feed that makes bid optimisation unreliable.
What is included
Account audit and conversion-tracking validation
Search-demand and keyword research
Brand and non-brand structure — brand defended, non-brand expanded only on the economics
Search-term and negative-keyword management
Bidding and budget strategy
Merchant Center review and product-feed fixes before any bid moves
Performance Max governance — brand excluded, feed segmented by margin, held out quarterly
YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns where demand has to be reached before anyone searches
Weekly optimisation and reporting
Not included
Budgets do not rise to manufacture more reported conversions. Spend increases when lead quality, revenue or another agreed outcome supports it, and not before.
Full catalogue management and complex ecommerce development are scoped separately.
Tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Meta CAPI
A platform dashboard can report a conversion without proving it became revenue. Two platforms can claim the same customer on the same day.
What is included
Measurement audit and conversion-definition review
Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementation or repair
Click ID and UTM capture, so the platform gets credit for what it earned
Meta Conversions API and server-side tracking where appropriate
Lead, booking or transaction attribution — a call is not a lead
Offline conversion uploads to Google Ads and Meta where needed, so both platforms learn from qualified leads and sales
One Looker Studio dashboard the whole team reads the same way
BigQuery modelling only where the data volume justifies it
Documented events and definitions, plus ongoing tracking-health checks
Not included
A warehouse does not get added because it sounds sophisticated. If GA4, a clean lead record and one reliable dashboard answer the commercial questions, that is the right system and the cheaper one.
CRM migration, enterprise data engineering and custom business-intelligence applications need a separate scope.
More qualified traffic does not fix a page that makes the next step difficult.
What is included
Landing-page and conversion-friction audit, mobile first
Message and offer hierarchy
Page structure or wireframe
Conversion-focused copy
Build or revision within the agreed scope
Form and conversion-tracking implementation
Test hypothesis, measurement plan and post-launch review
Campaign and page data identify where qualified visitors stop progressing. One objective and one success metric are agreed before anything is changed. The page is built or revised, the form and conversion events are tested before traffic is pointed at it, and performance is then compared with the baseline it replaced. Further changes follow the evidence, not anyone's preference.
Scope depends on page complexity, required integrations, the number of variants and the testing plan. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it begins.
Not included
Full corporate website programmes
Ecommerce-platform migrations
Complex web applications
Brand-identity development
Photography and video production
Unlimited pages or revisions
Hosting and paid third-party software, unless named in the scope

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
How is the management fee calculated?
10% of managed ad spend, with a minimum fee of IDR 3,000,000 per month. The minimum is a floor, not an introductory rate that rises after three months.
Can DIFOUMA manage only one advertising platform?
Yes. An engagement does not have to include every channel. The recommended mix depends on how your customers discover, evaluate and buy what you sell.
Is creative production included?
Creative direction, testing concepts, briefs, copy recommendations and format planning are included in paid-media management. Daily content production, photography and regular video shoots are not.
Is tracking included?
Measurement is reviewed at the start of every paid-media engagement, and straightforward corrections are usually part of the agreed setup. Larger server-side, warehouse or reporting builds need a separate scope.
Can DIFOUMA build a landing page, and can it be bought on its own?
A page can be built or revised through Landing pages & CRO — but only alongside paid-media management, never on its own. The reason is practical: without campaign traffic, conversion tracking and lead-quality data, there is no honest way to tell whether a new page worked.
Who manages the account?
Dimas Yudha Pratama, directly — the audit, the implementation, the ongoing management and the reporting. No account manager, no junior handoff.
How quickly can work begin?
It depends on current capacity, how ready platform access is, and the scope agreed in the first conversation. A start date is confirmed before anything is signed.
Does DIFOUMA guarantee CPA, ROAS or revenue?
No. The commitment is to the agreed work, the measurement discipline and transparent reporting. Commercial results also depend on your offer, pricing, sales process, fulfilment, competition and market conditions — none of which a media buyer controls.
