PinnedTargeting moved off a regional radius onto hotels, tourist areas and expat neighbourhoods

The problem

Every treatment ran through a single ad set, so all of them competed inside one shared budget and none could be judged on its own. The creative spoke broadly without naming a problem anyone would recognise as theirs, and targeting covered a wide regional radius rather than the people already in Bali with money set aside for aesthetics and longevity treatments.

What we did

Ad sets were split by treatment category on Meta, so each treatment could be measured and optimised on its own instead of competing inside one shared budget. Targeting came off the broad regional radius and onto pins placed on tourist destinations, hotels and expat living areas — narrowing to where the buyer already spends time rather than where they might plausibly live. Creative moved from one broad message to a problem–agitation–solution structure, each ad built around a specific concern with its own answer.

Where it landed

Cost per booking down 48% inside the first 30 days, against the previous month, with each treatment category now carrying its own performance rather than hiding inside an account average.
